Dr. Bridget Collins grew up on the east coast of Florida in Port St. Lucie. She attended the University of Central Florida, where she found her passion for dentistry and oral health education through volunteer work and a dental mentor. Spending time in a dental office showed Dr. Collins how challenging, yet rewarding, dentistry can be.
Dr. Collins majored in Biology and received a minor in Health Sciences at the University of Central Florida. After graduating, she chose to attend the University of the Pacific Arthur A. Dugoni School of Dentistry in San Francisco. She chose this school based on its high merit, family atmosphere and excellent reputation in the dental community. She excelled clinically in the program and became well versed in many aspects of dentistry, including oral surgery and endodontics.
Today, Dr. Collins is still involved with the local dental society (Mid-Peninsula Dental Society), the California Dental Association, the American Dental Association, and the Academy of General Dentistry. She is always striving to learn more and keep up to date with the latest materials and technology. She takes pride in her work and wants to deliver the best care to all her patients. Making connections with patients and listening to their experiences and goals in oral health is of utmost importance.
Dr. Collins and Dr. Mingrone have a son, Everett, and dog, Mochi. On weekends you can find them exploring a new trail, perusing the farmers market, or playing at a park!
